eSignature for online learning

Summary:

We have a need to capture an eSignature (or digital Signature) for associates completing required online compliance training.

We need to capture the user's first and last name and have them attest to completing and understanding the content.

We must be able to download the eSignature data in a report. Does anyone have experience with this or suggestions?
