Create a Stop for Executed Shipments

Hi all,

we have a particular situation where, after a shipment is started (so the tender has been accepted and we also received events from Service Providers), it is needed to add a Stop (a NFR one) to the shipment.

We tried to do this with the configuration of an Agent that when a particular event is created, launch an action on Shipment called CREATE STOP.

Unfortunately, we receive an error stating that the shipment is not a fleet shipment…

Is there another way to fulfill this requirement? Shipment cannot be replanned…
