HSDL: Create Worker with Assignment Status as LOA - No Payroll

I am using an HSDL to upload student workers with assignment information. I want to set the assignment status to LOA - No Payroll. Currently, I have Assignment Status Type set to "ACTIVE_NO_PROCESS" which comes through as Active - No Payroll but what is the code to set the status to LOA - No Payroll?
