Does removing UAT's Mail Domain or DKIM selector impact Prod's?

Summary:

UAT, DEV and Prod's mail domain and selector all seems to be tied with each other.

If I add DEV's DKIM selector, it automatically adds it in UAT and PROD

So, does deleting DKIM selector.

I did not attempt to delete a DKIM selector nor did I attempt to delete the Mail Domain .

However, our Question is if we accidentally remove Mail Domain or DKIM selector in UAT or DEV, what will be the impact to Prod?
