Has anyone encountered this error when trying to funds check a budget revision?

Summary:

We are configuring out of the box Budget Revisions. When attempting to run a funds check I receive the errors below. I have never seen these and there is not much online.

I was able to push initial budget to the control budget but now the funds check is failing.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When I check the funds check results the message is "you must enter all the general ledger account segments that correspond to the budget chart of accounts for this control budget"

However- I have entered all the intersections accordingly. Here is the control budget structure (fund, cost center, program, account) and my revision entered with the fund (entity), cost center, program, account.
