Docusign throwing error - the email of the signer should match with the account setup

Summary:

Hi Team, we have setup docusign in our dev environment and completed the validation. However when, user creates a contract and tries to sign it, it throws an eoor:

An error occurred. Contact your help desk (FND-2).

Oracle says:

Email Id of the user id used in the Docusign signature validation is not matching with the email Id of the person signing the contract.

However shouldn't once the validation is completed, the user should be able to sign it no matter what their IDs are?
