Is it possible to reopen a closed(Not finally Closed) PO ?

Summary:


we have a scenario wherein one of the converted PO's has been received with incorrect qty 1 instead of 144 and PO is now in closed Status. Is it possible to Reopen this PO? I see the option is greyed out in the UI.
