Multiple issues in Operator Workbench in Smart Operations

Summary:

Hi Experts,

After doing all the setups for the operator workbench, when I try to select the workstations, I am not able to find any values in the workstation LOV. Once or twice the value may appear; the rest of the time, it's blank. This is happening in different browsers and different computers.

When the workstation can be selected (rarely), and I try to check in, I get this error:

Any one facing these issues and having a resolution, please help.
