Timecard approval notification template shows wrong fields under time totals field.

I have to modify the current timecard approval notification to replace the existing fields with Reported working hours, calculated working hours, overtime hours, break, minus hours, public holidays, absence into the time totals section. The TimecardApprovalNotificationBulkReport is the report used to generate the timecard template. I attempted to run the report to fetch the XML file; however, there are several parameters that need to be passed when scheduling the report. I need assistance with these parameters and sample values for each.
