HCM Extract Returning data even no changes from last run

Summary:

HCM Extract Returning data even no changes from last run. I have a workrelationship section which is always display. My root is person and list of person related fields will always display. When i did global transfer yesterday the file was fine. Expected results came out. When i run the extract today without any changes the same employee got pulled up with person and work relationship details. Can some one assist what need to be done? I have tried by marking exclude from comparison for work relationship section. But still no luck.
