Unable to find "Optional" Section in FTI - Data Actions

Summary:

We have created some visulization and added Data actions to that and its working as expected however i would see that Some options are missing in that though they have mentioned in Oracle Doc.

  1. Optional Section under data action is missing but its showing in Oracle Doc

2. I also want to have My data action should be triggered when i click on that visulization withough going with Right Click > Select the data action, so i would like to know is that possible ?

3. When i right click on any Visulization users are able to select some of un used options, can this be disabled ?
