Trying to convert Pending workers we get the error that the SSN already exists.
Summary:
This is not a former employee, the SSN is fed from HireRight. When we search OTBI, we can see the SSN in the system as long as we do not include Person Number. Not sure where the SSN is being associated if it is not associated with the Person Number or showing in the UI. How can we get it to appear in the UI?
