Working hours on position synchronization

We have an issue when changing the job on the position after the position gets assigned to employee

The position synchronization is enabled, and we have the following situation:

A position gets assigned to employee (all fields are synchronized correctly based on position synchronization including derived standard working hours and working hours).

At a later stage the job on the above position gets changed with another job. In this case the derived standard working hours are automatically updated based on the new details but the working hours remain unchanged.

What should we do to have the working hours automatically updated as well?
