Timecards are in Submitted even after approval is completed

Summary:

When employee is submitting the time card it goes to Line Manager for approval. Line Manager is approving the request and employee is getting notification saying the time entries are approved. But the existing time cards still show the status as Submitted.

The transaction console shows the status as Completed, but still the time card remains in Submitted state
