Need to update an attribute maximum length - Project Descriptive Flexfield

Summary:

I tried to create a segment to look at CLASS_CODE from PJF_CLASS_CODES_TL in the Project Descriptive Flexfield. Class_Code length is defined as 240 which exceeds an attribute that I am using in the segment creation. It errors out with the message "………The assigned value set must have a data type that is compatible with the column data type and its maximum length must be no longer than the column length and its validation type must not be view object."

How can I adjust the attribute's length so that it can take CLASS_CODE as list to look up?
