HSDL error "The value of the attribute department ID isn't valid."

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to load positions via HSDL, and I have encountered the error "The value of the attribute department ID isn't valid." in the Department ID box, even though the ID I inserted was from the list of values of the HSDL cell.

Here is the template I am using and the attributes that are currently selected:

If anyone has insights on how I can amend my HSDL template, or have any tips on how to mass upload positions, I would be very grateful.
