Data management - file-based integration UTF16-LE

Hello everyone,

We are extracting data from another system to import it to PBCS by file-based integration.

However, the file that we extracted is in UTF16-LE.

When we tried to load this file to the PBCS system and ran the integration, the system could not read the file and its log file is like this:

We tried to modify the file-based option:

But it still did not work.

When we changed the encoding to UTF8, the integration worked properly.

My question is:

How can we modify the integration to read UTF-16?
