Add default Requirements as part of Negotiation Initiation

Summary:

We have a business case wherein there are certain sets of requirements which are applicable to all Negotiations and they are mandatory. Is it feasible to define such requirements so that these are populated automatically once the negotiation is created.
We tried with the approach of defining them in Negotiation Templates but the Business uses different templates based of category of products/ services and these are added on a regular basis. So the maintenance would be a cumbersome and manual process.

Also, we suggested the approach where they can select them from the Predefined Questions, but there are around 10 requirements which the Business user would have to select which becomes a time consuming activity.
