support for exclusion in options->filters for an integration

We have a very specific requirements for filter criteria for data export integration which is requiring us to hard code 100's of members in a filter.

It would be great if I defined filter on parent level entity and exclude entities which are not needed.

Is there any smart way /better option to define filters?
