Few Queries around Broadcast Tender Functionality

Hello All,

Our client want to use the Broadcast Tender functionality, but they had the following questions,

• 1. When the tender is broadcasted to the Logistics Service providers (LSP), one of the LSP's quotes a price which is less than the shipment price and this is causing the tender to get auto-accepted in OTM, this needs to be turned off.
Question: - We saw from OTM online help that the first service provider to accept the tender at a cost that is within a certain tolerance is awarded the shipment, can you please let us know where this tolerance is defined in OTM as we are not able to find it?
