How to close launched initiative after the response due date is crossed

Summary:

We have launched an initiative and its has passed the response due date and yet suppliers are able to respond after the due date.

Kindly let us know if there is any feature in the system to restrict the response from the supplier after the response due date.

If the above feature is not available, I could observe there is a privilege "Close Supplier Qualification Questionnaire for Response" and yet there is no option available to close the initiative to restrict the supplier responses.
