Issue with FCCS ODR Rule for Custom Calculation

We have created the below rule to calculate the Cash Flow Related Opening Balance Adjustment, where we are copying the data of Opening Balance to Default Movement for set of account and then reversing the same number to respective account. So the issue arise at the reversal part where system is not able to giving expected result due to block issue, as the data combination are different than compared to target combinations.
