Restrict Item Creation with Characters Limitation for Item Code

Dear Experts,

We want to put a restriction where if Item code characters are more 20characters, system should give an error.

Currently in Item Rule Set, we can not see any attribute that allows us to select item code as an attribute.

Help us if you have any inputs on this to achieve the requirement.
