Webservice (REST/SOAP) to update Blanket Purchase Agreement DFF at the header level

Summary:

We have a requirement to update the Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) at the header level of BPA.

I see there is SOAP service available for BPA but don't see the DFF update functionality.

If anyone has achieved this through web service, please provide insights here.
