HCM Extract is taking longer time to run in production environement

Hi All,

My HCM Extract is taking more time to complete in Production environment. it runs fine when i run for one employee but stuck when i run for full population. Data volume is same in prod and non prod instance but extract runs within time in no prod instance. Anyone has any idea what might be causing the issue in production environment?
