Oracle cloud OTL Value sets for Projects and Tasks using external Project costing system

Hello Experts,

we have typical requirement to restrict the configuration of value sets.

We are implementing Oracle cloud Time and Labor Module (OTL) with external project costing ERP. The Projects and tasks need to listed in Fusion HCM using the value sets, In turn these are associated to custom time attributes to show on the time sheets.

Client had typical requirement to provide access to the 'Value Set' Configuration page with restricted to OTL module ie., (secure the value set where only the person working for time and labor module should able to see the manage value set created for OTL and not for other modules).
