Cost Accounting the user can view all the Inventory organisation for which user is not having access

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue where the user is able to view all the cost organizations in the review cost accounting distribution for which the user is not having access also.

I have tried creating a custom role, but still the user is able to see the organizations.

Need some help from all the experts to solve the issue as soon as possible.
