Adding Images to Existing Redwood Screens in Oracle HCM

edited Jan 28, 2025 7:58PM in Visual Builder Studio for HCM 1 comment

Hello Oracle Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue we are encountering in the Oracle HCM application. Specifically, our team is facing challenges when attempting to add images to existing screens of the Redwood type.

Here are the details of the problem:

  1. When working with existing screens (not ones created from scratch) in VBCS in Advanced mode, many options are grayed out, making them uneditable. As a result, we cannot modify, change, or remove certain properties.
  2. Due to these limitations, it seems impossible to add a static image to an existing Redwood screen. This issue does not occur when working with newly created screens/pages but persists with pre-existing ones.

Howdy, Stranger!
