Oracle Planning Export Data Form in Excel

Summary:

When I try to export a Data Form in an Excel worksheet, using the function Spreadsheet Exdport available in the action menu, the values stored at parents levels are not displayed in the Excel. This happens in production environment and not in test environment. Settings and user preferencies are the same in both the environments. It could be something I'm missing in members setting or something else?

We're trying to export a data form in Excel from the cloud application.

After còlicking on Spreadsheet Export button, the Excel is created. However we noticed that the values stored in the parent members are not displayed.
