Have you started to use OGL AI Assist?

Starting with version 24D.1, AI Assist is now available to help developers create content for their message tooltips. AI Assist helps developers by generating text in Oracle Guided Learning, primarily for announcements, maintenance notes, and newsletter updates. AI Assist is powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Cohere Large Language Models (LLM). AI Assist functionality will be expanded to other guide types in future releases.

Redwood Base Guide Update and Roadmap

As part of Oracle’s Redwood migration, we have continued our development and update of our Base Guide and Use Case Library. As of today, our Base Guide Library contains 545 pieces of Redwood content covering HCM, Procurement, and CX Cloud. Additionally, our Use Case Library includes a collection of Redwood Application Walkthroughs designed to provide introductory tours for new users. Our focus will be to continue developing and updating our Redwood guides for HCM modules such as Talent Management, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits and Payroll to allow you to deploy these as your Redwood modules go-live.
