Validate Inventory Attribute and its shipped quantity during receiving

Summary:

The same item can be listed more than once in an ASN, but each line has its own inventory attribute combination.

While receiving the RF, the system allows the user to scan only one attribute combination and enter the whole quantity for the item (sum of all the lines on the ASN).

How can the system validate if the quantity is not higher than the shipped for the item and inventory attribute combination? All tolerances at shipment type and line are set to zero.
