Changing Default Time Zone and Restricting User Preferences in Oracle EPM

Summary:

Is it possible to change the default time zone of Oracle EPM pods to specific region time zone, as all our users are located in this region?

Additionally, we would like to know if there is a way to restrict user preferences so that all users' time zones are automatically set to the this specific time zone, preventing them from selecting any other time zone in their individual user settings.

Lastly, we have observed that logs are being generated in different time zones, making it challenging to track the exact timings. Is there a way to ensure that all logs are consistently generated in the same time zone?
