Help in query to retrieve Relationship Criteria on Eligibility Profile for Benefits

Hello!
I am currently biulding an query to get all the Eligibility profiles and their criterias. Currently, I am in need to find the table to give me the relationship criteria for a Elegibility profile as in the screenshot below:
To get in these screen: Home > Benefit Administration > Plan Configuration > Elegibility Profiles and then put a name on it > Edit.
I'm gonna share my query. Currently I am using a table but it isnt't displaying the info on the "Relacionamento" row.
