Errors when opening new OTM tabs
Summary:
Users are having problems opening new OTM sessions in the browser. They are getting FORBIDDEN and NOT FOUND errors.
Information: Users don't work in the same place, they are in different offices. They don't use WiFi, they are connected to the network by cable.

Our business area has been telling us weekly that some users are experiencing problems:
- When opening a second OTM tab in the browser → Error or session expired appears
- Either from the Home menu, by right-clicking and 'Open New Window'
- Or by accessing it from the main URL again, but a second time and from a second tab (two active sessions in the browser)
