SmartView Grid not Displaying Data when Copying a Sheet or POV to new tab

Hello Everyone -

I am noticing an issue with SmartView when copying an ad-hoc query or POV to a new excel tab. It appears I can connect to the DB, but no data is returned, i.e. the grid is blank. I can drill on members and SmartView recognizes the tree strucuture, but there is no data in the grid.

I seems like I have been able to copy sheets and the POV into new sheets in the past, so this appears to be new behavior. Is there a setting or a cache issue I should look at?
