Property for Automation Agents to Require Reason for Change

OTM currently allows you to enter a Reason for Change when updating an Automation Agent, but it is not possible to make this mandatory. Could we get an optional property to require that the Reason for Change is entered when a user makes an update to an agent through the user interface? Additionally, it is currently necessary to enter the Reason for Change last, after making your updates, because if you enter a reason on the header tab and then navigate to the actions, make your updates, and save the agent, then the reason will be lost and it will
