Can OIC detect files in SFTP folder?

I created an app driven event that detects files on our local server where a connectivity agent is installed and it works.

I want to do the same but this time detect a file on OIC's own ftp server (file server). There is no option of selecting a FTP server. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We use OIC gen3.
