Recieving error when cloning quote in Salesforce

Summary:In our full salesforce sandbox when we try to clone a quote the Salesforce managed package is returning an error that says ERROR- Error: invalid_access

Our salesforce team says they have not changed anything and it happens for all users (sys admins and limited profiles). It works fine in production.

We can create new quotes and edit existing with no issue.

After reviewing the documentation about the integration, I don't see anything about this error message in the setup files.

The error log in Salesforce shows the action completed, but the user consistently hits the error message and never gets to CPQ.
