Roles and Delegation -Restrict Delegate TO field LOV

Summary:

Hello,

We have 2 requirements specific to Roles and Delegation. Our customer would like to restrict the Delegate To field (currently it shows all employees). They would like to restrict it based on 2 conditions:

  • Only Line Managers should be visible in the "Delegate To" field instead of all employees LOV
  • Also they want to restrict based on the Delegators department

If we change the Public Security profile for Employee Role it may impact other LOVs like Directory etc. So is there a way to achieve it both requirements in one role?
