Requisition - negotiation linkage for returned PR's from negotiation

Summary:

The requisitions that are not awarded are returned back to process requisition area, understand that is the expected behaviour. But we require to have some traceability of the requisition like if it is part of negotiation at the process requisition area also and there should be an option to return or not to, as this totally depends on the business case. It's an additional task for the buyers to clear their queue and that too will reflect the wrong status on PR once returned. Please advise if there is any option or workaround for these cases.
