When a new asset is added sometimes the attachment will be added to all of the assets sitting on the workbench, not just the one which is being uploaded. This is an intermittent issue, and we cannot figure out why it is occurring.

I have tripled-checked with the accountant, and they are not selecting the Prepare All template to add their attachment.

The accountant has manually removed the dual attachment from the other assets on the workbench. Is there a way to ensure the attachment is only added to the correct asset.
