Approval required for Self Initiation and Auto approve if transaction initiated by HR Specialist

Summary:

Hi Everyone We have a requirement to configure multiple Approvals.

Case 1 : Marital Status change , Name Change, NID,VISA,Passport ——> If initiated by Employee then HR Specialist to approve and If Initiated by HR Specialist then Auto Approve

Case 2 : Proposed Person Disability.result.Accommodation Request != null —> HR Admin to approve

Case 3 : Proposed Person Disability.result.Accommodation Request == null —> Auto approve

Case 4 : Rest of the transactions other than the above should be auto approved.

We tried creating the rules but all the transactions are getting auto approved when Case 3 is Active

It would be great if someone can help here.
