    • Unable to add the Attachments Inspection: Receipts

    Hi

    I am encountering with adding attachments to existing Inspections within the Supply chain Execution module under Quality Management.

    While I was able to successfully add attachments when initially creating an Inspection, I am now unable to do so for existing Inspections. I have attached a screenshot as an example.

    I suspect this issue may be related to custom role permissions, but I have already added the Quality Analyst and Quality Engineer roles without resolving the problem.

    Could you please assist me with this matter? The attachments icon appears to be greyed out, indicating that I am unable to add any files.
