Absences - Existing Absences Person Spotlight

Dear all

We are trying to enable the tab 'Existing Absences' in Person Spotlight but are not able to get the tab visible.

The user has the privilege "Maintain Workers Absence Records", quick actions are enabled & the tab visibility is put to 'Yes' in the design studio. Are there any steps we have missed or are there any known restrictions to show this tab?
