What Privilege is tied to the Compare in the Task Drawer in Person Management so it can be removed

Navigate to My Client Groups> Person Management> select a user, select the task drawer on the right and Compare appears at the top.

I tried following the instructions here:

but the information in the Rendered field did not follow the example, so left a bit lost.
