How to extract deleted records from - PAY_COST_ALLOCATIONS_F table?

Summary: I am using UE - HRC_EVT_OBJ_CHANGES_UE to extract deleted records in HCM Extracts. We have a requirement to extract records deleted from - PAY_COST_ALLOCATIONS_F i.e. for costing. However, UE HRC_EVT_OBJ_CHANGES_UE is not able to extract these records

Due to this I am unable to build the required integration. Would like to know if there are any additional steps needed to get the deleted records from - PAY_COST_ALLOCATIONS_F else, what is the alternative mechanism to get these records.
