Is it possible to hide the 'Add' button on the Talent Pool overview page for specific users?

Summary:

We are implementing Redwood Talent Pools alongside Succession Plans and Talent Reviews.

Part of our business requirements is to give a set of users (Team leaders) access to the Talent Pool overview page (My Client Groups » Talent Pools) to allow them to manage talent pools. However, we do NOT want them to be able to create new ones.

We have NOT provisioned the custom Line Manager role with the "Create Talent Pool" privilege, as per our business requirements.

Unfortunately, the Add button is still visible for these users when accessing the page. Clicking on it simply returns the user to the Home page, as they do not have access to the Create Talent Pool page.
