Employment Seniority Date Adjustment Type fast formula not working when assignment -3 or above
Summary:
BASE_SENIORITY_DATE and PREVIOUS_SENIORITY_EXIT_DATE formula parameters are getting defaulted for assignment number -3 or above. First time when I rehire an employee I get the previous hire date and pervious termination date as BASE_SENIORITY_DATE and PREVIOUS_SENIORITY_EXIT_DATE. If I terminate the same employee again and rehire BASE_SENIORITY_DATE and PREVIOUS_SENIORITY_EXIT_DATE are getting defaulted. All I am trying do is configure a new non cumulative seniority date rule so that I can get the previous hire date if employee is rehired within 180 days of termination. We would need to go back until the gap between termination and rehire is > 180 days. To
