How to implement a link in BIP report to dynamically download logged in user's details

in BI Publisher Learning Center

We have added a download link in BIP report and inserted following URL:
https://"Environment link"/filepath".xdo?param1=@{PERSON_ID}&_xpt=1&_xf=pdf 

But the downloaded report doesn't show any data. Can you please help how to fix the URL such that downloaded report(right) reflects employee's data(left)
