Oracle Fusion REST API for auto populating geographic information based on country/postal code

I am looking for an Oracle Fusion REST API to retrieve geographic information such as country, states, counties, cities, and postal codes. For example, if the selected country is the US, the states, counties, cities, and postal codes should be dependent only on the US. Also, for instance, if a postal code is provided, then the API should auto-populate all the parent details like country, state, county, and city. Is there any Oracle Fusion REST API available to achieve this? If so, please provide the details. Thanks in advance.
